I was charged over $600 for an hour job! The plumber, Dr. Steve smelled of embalming fluid and cigarettes. He actually passed out from smelling the gas in his propane torch. What a joke!

FRIEND'S Plumbing INC. is the WORST plumbing company I have ever done business with. Avoid this business!On January 5, 2015, we had a tiny pinhole leak on a copper pipe in our bathroom. We cut the drywall ourselves to expose the leak, so there wasn't any searching for the plumber to do. The plumber arrived almost three hours after his scheduled appointment, which is understandable considering that unforeseen issues sometimes arise on service calls--not a big deal. He replaced a small section of the leaky pipe, installed a $6.00 rubber flange in our toilet, and installed a PVC elbow joint on our utility sink. A total of about $23.00 in supplies were used for all the repairs, which took a little over an hour to complete all the repairs. The total cost I was charged was $690.00. I am retired and on a fixed monthly income ($1,500). I feel completely taken advantage of. I would NOT recommend FRIEND'S Plumbing INC. to anybody. Don't make the same mistake that I made. Do a little research before calling a plumber, and by all means, do NOT call FRIEND'S Plumbing INC. under any circumstances. Even one star is too generous...

Scheduled installation within one day. Sink, disposal, faucet and the works installed. Great job! Was even a little less expensive than estimated. Thanks, Friend's! Another job well done.

They replaced a garbage disposal for us in 2008. I called them 6/5/12 at 840 PM (they advertise 24 hr service) hoping to be able to arrange a service call in the morning. Water is leaking from the bottom. I did not expect any special consideration. The woman asked for details and after I explained she rudely said "....there is no warranty coverage, you'll have to call the company in the morning" and hung up the phone. I tried calling back and got an answering machine. Not very professional. I've arranged for someone else to do the job. The only reason they get one star is that she answered the phone the first time. I am part of a network of friends that exchange names of good and bad repair people and this will be passed on.

Friend's replaced our old three handle bathtub faucet with a modern single handle. They we're clean, efficient, on time and I highly recommend them. A word of warning about plumbing jobs, though... On old homes that have mud and lathe walls, you may need an extension for the faucet to make the new fixture fit. They came in exactly on price except for the addition of this hardware.. Be prepared for this on older homes. They showed us why it needed to be used and they were 100% correct. Excellent chice for plumbing!

My service technician showed up but didn't have any parts with him. After getting going to go get parts, he promptly repaired the leak. The quality of the work was good and the technician was professional and nice. The reason this is not a 5 star review is the pricing. They advertise it as a benefit to not paying hourly, but that is a HUGE lie. Granted my service was at the emergency pricing, but coming in at over $500 for 1 hour of work is insane. If you take away the cost of the parts, you are still looking at $450 at least for 1 single hour of work. So, if the hourly plumbers are charging $500 an hour then yeah, this is cheaper. But you are MUCH better off getting a by the hour plumber.

Outstanding service! On time, courteous, professional, I couldn't be happier. We will use them again if the need ever arises.

Friend's Plumbing was a lifesaver when our family had an emergency arise late at night! The Emergency service woman was helpful and got a friendly and courteous technician out within the hour! We had called several Companies and they did'nt even have a LIVE operator answering in an emergency! Hats off to you Friend's Plumbing! We will reccomend you to all of our friends and family.

I was please with the response of friends plumbing, The tech (Cesar) was very professional and polite and cleaned up after himself. I would recommend Friends Plumbing to any one that would need plumbing work done.
