This class is more like a workout- incorporating high intensity interval training and core strength exercises. - Sunday RestoreSunday Restore-end your week with this non-heated, 60 minute restorative class. Teachers will rotate weekly giving students a blend of restorative, Yin, myofacial and some slow flow.
- Monday MixThis all levels alignment based class will offer some flow, core, pose breakdown with the use of props and even myofacial release with tennis balls to work out tight muscles.
