- Orthopedic SurgeryOur acute-care facility on the Porter Avenue Norman Regional Hospital is licensed for 219 beds and offers a full range of services. The HealthPlex campus at Interstate 35 and Tecumseh Road, licensed for 168 beds, features Cardiovascular Services, Spine and Orthopedic Surgery, and Women’s and Children’s Services. Norman Regional was the first in the Oklahoma City – metro area to receive the Chest Pain Accreditation with PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention) from the Society of Cardiovascular Patient Care (SCPC). Norman Regional Moore is a state-of-the-art $32 million dollar healthcare facility in Moore, Oklahoma. Norman Regional Moore houses physician offices, an emergency center that is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week and a community meeting space. Other services include diagnostic imaging, lab, and physical therapy. Our Free Standing Emergency Department (FSED), Norman Regional Nine, is located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Highway 9 and 24th Avenue Southeast. Norman Regional Nine is the first completed project of the transformational Inspire Health plan. The FSED brings greater access to services including a 12-bed emergency room, primary care and specialty clinics, physical rehabilitation, imaging, lab services and more to the growing east Norman and Noble areas.
- NeurosurgeryNorman Regional’s neurosurgery team is now offering minimally invasive robotic surgery. One man is no longer living with constant back pain due to the help of a robot and local neurosurgeon, Stephen Eichert, DO.
