Provided by YP.comCalled Sears Home Services for repair of our Whirlpool refrigerator which is under a warranty. The icemaker was not working. We have had repairmen out five times (3 different repairmen) in about a month and a half. All repairmen were courteous and seemed knowledgeable, but our problem is still not fixed. The first repairman replaced the icemaker which worked for an hour or two before it quit and then the water dispenser quit and interior lights quit. The second repairman came and got the lights to come back on but had to order parts for the icemaker/water dispenser. After the parts were received the second repairman came back and replaced the parts. The water dispenser worked for a couple of days but the icemaker never worked so we called for the fourth time. After several days the third repairman came, looked thing over, and said we needed a new gasket for the icemaker so he ordered it and we waited until that part was received. This time the second repairman returned and determined that the part ordered was not what was needed. He said he thought the problem was our water pressure which had never been a problem since we bought the refrigerator in 2016 nor since we moved into the house in 2003. At this time we do not have a working icemaker and apparently Sears is going to do nothing.

Provided by YP.comYour technician Patrick was amazing, however, after waiting 10 days to see the technician and 10 days for the parts only half of the order arrived. Patrick installed the 1/2 order that arrived. Now the machine is having the same problem and I need to call and set up another appointment to have the technician order the other 1/2 of the needed parts that should have been included in the original order. This means another 20 days without my washer.

Provided by YP.comWas without my washer for over 3 weeks! The service guys were awesome, no problem with them whatsoever. They ordered the part and scheduled a return visit. When they returned, they noticed it was not the correct part, so had to reorder. Once they returned, it was about a 20 minute call, and 3 separate times I had to take off work. The last time I called, it was nearly the exact same experience, without my appliance for 3 plus weeks. I will not use them again. Who has time to take off work 3 weeks in a row? Rather call someone who has parts onboard.

Provided by YP.comI am very pleased so far. Rick was very thorough, explaining each thing he did. I've had problems before, but the repair has lasted longer this time, thankfully. Just hoping it last longer than before. Sears has furnished my home and the appliances are old, but have worked great.

Provided by YP.comService man was right on time, saw what was needed, ordered it and set a return date to finish up. Was on time the second trip, got it all installed in no time at all. I was very pleased with the whole experience, and will definately renew my contract.
