I`ve lived at this location for a total of 10 or more years now. I had bought a house after living here for 3 years. Do to the rising cost of home owners insurance and bad location of the house ,I felt it was wiser to go back to renting.Park manor has everything a parent would want for their son to enjoy.Lots of restaurants in walking distance and grocery store as well.The maintenance man Bobby has been here many years and has done a great job servicing the tenants.His skills are fast and prompt and done very well in a timely manner . The manager Pam is really great. Thanks to her i was able to buy my first Harley Davidson. She gave me the opportunity to pay my rent two weeks late.This gave me the break i needed to buy my dream bike.She is a very professional business woman and has a big heart for the needs of her tenants.She has made park manor a very nice place to live and taken good care of all us that call Park Manor our home.Park Manor is a Great place to live in this big city.
