out to buy three (3) cars, suv, an/or truck for three granddaughters
on about the third visit , my husband and I parked in front of the office building
no one came out to see why we were there. one salesman I spoke to on one of the other visit wave at me after I waved at him, but he didn't come to the car.
I now understand why they don't have business cards or give you their name.
once, twice, three times is enough!!!

We purchased at 2016 F -150 in May of 2017. The salesman was a nice guy, the financing process was not too difficult and so far the truck is doing fine. The reason for my two stars is that several days after we got the truck home we realized that none of the speakers in the doors were working. Only the middle speaker in the console was working. The previous owner had taken out the factory sound system and installed his own sound system, but when he traded it in, he took his custom sound system with him. The dealership obviously knew that the sound system did not work and they fixed it so that only the middle speaker worked. I called to see if they would fix it, but of course we had already signed the papers and walked out the door, so they were done with us. So just be sure to thoroughly inspect the vehicle before you buy.

I was pleased with the salesman. He was very nice and professional. There was a small wait because they were EXREMELY busy, but I didn't mind. I would not recommend them though. After having to speak with several people due to the finance person not completing everything properly and messing up the paperwork, we finally were able to purchase our vehicle. We would have went somewhere else, but they were the only one anywhere near us that had the car my husband as looking for. After everything was said and done, the finance manager handled our account, but the paperwork was still sent to the finance company wrong. Plus don't even bother with going to them for any of the recalls. 3-4 months after getting on the waiting list for the part, we call and find out they never ordered ours. Called a different chevy dealership and was in the next day. Just don't bother with them. There are so many other chevy dealerships that have a much better experience. P.S. My sister had problems with them too...

I've purchased multiple new automobiles in the Oklahoma City metro. This experience rates at the top of the list. The dealership is beautiful and impressive. Our salesman Jerry Effinger and the Finance representative were professional, friendly, thorough and efficient. My son is very happy to be driving his first new truck and I will most likely trade my current auto in with Jerry when I decide I am ready to trade for a new car. I have felt swindled, lied to, and scammed on too many occasions after leaving auto dealerships so it was refreshing to feel like I was treated with honesty and respect at this David Stanley location! Dont waste your time here!!!

This is the worse dealership I have ever delt with!!! I was screamed an cussed at!!! Bought my truck June 12th didnt get my title till September 05th!! I was told they would pay half my TTL an now there trying to back out of that!!! Dont waste your time with these crooks I will never do buisness with David Stanley again!!!!!!! And I dont give them any stars just had to check one to submit my complaint!!!!!!!

You Can Not Trust Them! If buying the car from them wasn't stressful enough. We took our car in for the free oil change and I can't prove it , but I am pretty sure that they switched out the good tires on my new car for old used tires. Since my oil change, I have had to have two tires replaced because they were separating and coming apart.

This place not only treats their customers like crap but also their employees. After three years of working there and taking on more and more responsibilities, they advised me that they were going to have to "let me go due to cut backs". Three years of things constantly being added to my job description and not so much as a pay raise in that time frame and then to be let go without so much as a reason. I have no hard feelings towards their Owner or their GM Shane Downs. They do have some good sales people who truly care about their customers, and they have one desk manager in new cars who does. Their Dealership is horrid, underhanded, shady and unethical. They have one Manager who hires and fires his own family on a fairly constant basis. I cannot count the number of times he has fired and rehired his own sister. They bribe their customers with free gas to bring in a perfect survey or write a good review for them as they know it is the only way that they can get these things with the way that they do business. I have been around the car business my entire life. This place is by far the WORST dealership in terms of service after the sale and the way to do business that I have EVER seen. They have no sympathy for employees who are ill. They terminate employees who come in every day even though they are suffering from a brain tumor and going through radiation treatments, and then have the gall and balls to accuse them of forging doctors notes for the FEW times they missed due to being severely ill. I had a heart attack while I was at work and was back within two days. I came in many times on my day off to handle various tasks that needed to be taken care of for the dealership, and my repayment was termination. They found a letter from my doctors nurse that had been emailed to me and saved on my pc hard drive. They found this after I had been terminated. They tried to misconstrue this letter as me having been forging doctors notes on my computer. Why did they do this? So that after three years of employment, and being let go for no reason, they would not have to pay me unemployment benefits and would be able to under cut me on my final vacation pay. Three years I was there and no so much as an I'm sorry were letting you go. No severance package, nothing. The only employees there that I can say anything positive about aside from the Stanley Family who are wonderful people are Jim Carerra, Shane Downs, and Wes Osborne. The rest of the management and support staff leaves alot to be desired

They suck!

WE WENT TO GET A KEY CODE FOR MY GRAND PRIX AND THEY GIVE ME THE WRONG #. JUST BECAUSE I HAD A LOCKSMITH COMING TO MY HOUSE TO MAKE MY KEY FOR HALF THE PRICE. AND I PAID $16 FOR A WRONG #. I WILL NEVER MESS WITH THESE PPL AGAIN.

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with

I went in there to look because I knew one of the salesman. We looked at and test drove an 06 charger srt8. After a while thinking about it my friend who is a salesman and another salesman both tell me my wife and 2 of my other friends that I have 72 hours to decide if I wanna keep the car and I can return it. My friend who was the saleman then tells us if we don't do it tonight the price will go up. We take it because of the 72 hour instead of waiting and thinking about it. I try and return the car after only 48 hours and the dealership tells me no it's my car and I can't return it only exchange it for another car on their lot. The other salesman also lies and tells his manager he never said return but we have 5 witnesses that say otherwise.



They still refuse to return it and I finally just get fed up after they offer me a rediculous payment on a

Honda civic and keep the charger. They will not stand up to their word and are scandalous. I am still trying to get them to fix a headlight that was out when I bought the car. Do not do business with David Stanley chevrolet.
