The core values of courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and indomitable spirit are nurtured in each session along with the physical aspect of proper defensive and offensive techniques. Little Dragons Little Dragon is truly the gold standard. The outstanding instructors work with this young group (ages 3-6) to help them develop their confidence, coordination, discipline, and respect. Traditional Tae Kwon Do (Children and Adults) Tae Kwon Do Program has empowered adults and children (age 7 and up). As the core for all other programs, the Traditional Tae Kwon Do Program focuses on building confidence and strength, while learning valuable self defense tools.
