Disappointed. The manager complained in front of the patients about being busy and understaffed. My parent got 3 baths a week as a total of the hospice care received. Cenennial didn't look in to my fathers weight loss or weight gain. The staff didnt replace his supplies until he ran out completely. The lead nurse repeadedly told my parent that he looked terrible and lost a lot of weight. This is not compassionate in any way. Patients on hospice need tlc as they complete their journey. Unacceptable.
