      Antique Dealer and Estate Sale Specialists with 40 Years Experience

      General Info
      When we are contracted for an estate sale, our staff will come to your location to identify, evaluate and price each sale item. Merchandise will be set up and displayed for viewing and sale. Tables will be provided as required. Personal effects not to be sold will be removed from the sale area. We will obtain all City and State permits as required. Adequate staffing will be provided for the sale and professional security as needed. A sales receipt will be prepared for each item sold. Sales tax will be collected and we will advertise in addition to mailing notices to our preferred customers. Throughout the process your household contents will be treated with respect. We understand that you may have personal memories associated with many of the items to be sold. We will honor those memories accordingly. At the conclusion of the sale, our staff is careful to leave the floors sweep and vacuumed .
