If there was a zero I would give them a 0. they make you sign a contract with them and their cancelation fee is $400 They all work off of commission and do not care about their customers needs in a device they simply try and force you to purchase what you did not go in there for. When I went into the store to return the phone I just got the run around bit. I tried calling the 1-800 number after hours and during hours and got the same recorded message and was never able to talk with an actual person to give them my concerns and see what they could do for me. I am now stuck with a phone that I do not like. I will never go through a 3rd party carrier again. If you ever need to get a phone it is always best to go through the actual company. If it is not a store that says the carriers name on the outside do NOT buy a phone from them. If it is in the mall and it says the carriers name it is still usually just a 3rd party 9 times out of 10. An actual store not a vendor is where I recommend!
