The wait time was short. Everyone was very professional. Great bedside and questions by the doctor.

Dr Chappel started seeing my at the beginning of a normal pregnancy. Things got very difficult and he handed me over to someone he thought could do a more extensive and close watch on me. He always kept in contact through the pregnancy even though he didn’t have to. As soon as baby was born he came to see how I was and baby at the hospital. Needless to say he is our entire family Dr to this day and I recommend him any chance I get. Very caring and personable Dr!

I am very frustrated and upset. I brought my daughter in and had her checked out she has been having some issues with breathing and is very congested. When I left the doctors, I received the same answers I had received when I took her to the hospital on Sunday, (he actually pulled their records and just repeated the same) the doctor did all the check up routines with listening to her heart and lungs and her ears etc, but yet there was no satisfactory result. My daughter was still upset, still screaming and crying extravagantly, mind you my daughter hardly cry's unless something is wrong. After two plus hours of trying to calm her down and getting no where, and her not eating I took her to the hospital. They then did an IV for dehydration, and also informed me of the ear infection she had that I was not aware of. Why the doctor here at Ogden Clinic did not tell me my daughter had an ear infection upsets me!! I had to find out by going and waiting at the hospital for hours!!! So yes the feedback I would like to give is don't be in such a rush during or after hours that you don't take as much time needed to make sure you have taken care of all of your patients needs and concerns. We go to you because we don't know what is wrong and we rely on you to help us to the best of your knowledge. Please make sure you're giving your 100% to each patient so they don't have to go through what I did.

We called in needing a strep culture. They scheduled us for 45 min later. The culture was done right when we got back to our room and when Dr Brown came in he had the results all reading. He was so kind, friendly and professional. Very impressed and would totally go back to dr brown

First time seeing Eric JohnsonPA. Would highly recommend him! Very professional and knowledgeable! Addressed all my concerns. Will definitely use Ogden clinic and Eric Johnson for all my medical needs

I will never go back to this Doctor. I am fighting a chronic illness and at first he seemed very willing to help me. However, after his initial treatment was showing little progress he had the audacity to tell me I was lying about my symptoms. Epic fail!
