I took my computer in to have the lockdown bar put back in place. Their remedy was to put duck tape on it to hold it down in place. I must admit I was a bit upset that i was charged to have duck tape as a repair, but figured it couldn't be repaired Wrong! I recently took it apart to clean it, decided to try putting in place myself and bingo! I fixed it without duck tape. Thanks for taking my money. Learned a good lesson

I took my computer in because I got a virus and they went above and beyond to help me fix it. Their price was very fair and they were honest and upfront about what my computer needed. Thanks CrossAction!
