Why won't they repair the American Flag?

husband shopped for 45 minutes and stood in line for an additional 45...he was "next" when they closed the register. instead of opening up another and helping him move the merchandise he had already put on the conveyor, the expected him to reload his cart and get back in line fir another 45 minute wait....great for them to keep personnel costs down but it almost lost us as customers. PUT some people behind those rows and rows of empty registers!!

Walmart....better listen to ur customers.....contrary to what u believe, you are NOT the only dance in town and many of us would rather spend a few pennies more for friendly, knowledgeable, efficient customer service. Ask ANYONE on the street, Do u enjoy shopping at Walmart? U might be surprised (or not) BUT WHEN THE PUBLIC GETS FED UP, WE BOYCOTT AND SPEND OUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE....UH OOOH!!!

I try...NEVER to shop at Walmart.......They never have all their checkouts going..and waiting in line is sooo ridiculous, for the time you have to wait, given the fact that all of their checkouts should be open, as they advertised from the start..as a big selling point...supposedly no waits...whatever...and rude floor workers, all seem isgruntled and unhappy to have to answer simple questions...and sorry, but if you're gonna come into the US and take up residency and our jobs, you should always speak English around customers and on the job......Makes me furious, to here Co workers speaking in another language to each other in front of a customer and laughing as though they are talking about you.....Very unproffessional Walmart Exec's.....need to get on top of that..Your suppose to want to make your customer comfortable, not feel like a nuisance....

Lol. They said in orientation that people will stand in those lines becuz they need Wal Mart ever since I heard that I don't shop there at all. They are all about the money not the customer.

I was jus at wal mart on parkway and out of 27 lanes to check out ONLY 3 were open and the lanes were out past the clothes! I asked if they planned on opening another lane and they said No,the manager at the time James didn't do much to help.
