Don't let me forget that they also put the roof right over our fireplace and totally expected us to not know! Thank god we didn't light a fire this cold winter (we didn't because they have still yet to put the door on our fireplace) this could have been a total disaster to our home! This pertains to the above review as well!!

I'm not sure where to begin with these people. We bought our home in November of 2013. Delivered December 2013. The trim out crew did a horrible job putting together our home and the factory threw it together like a piece of trash for us to deal with! When we moved in there was a major leak under our home in 2 places where the factory crew threw the piping that came from the bathroom in a pile, stuffed newspaper in with it and put the tarp over hoping no one would notice. Only for us to find a huge leak and have someone come out in freezing weather to come work on our house. All winter long we had frozen pipes and found in more than one spot where they just stuffed newspaper around the pipes instead of insulation so you can imagine how worried we are for this coming winter. We also had a cabinet added when we designed the home and when it was delivered it didn't fit, so they had to order a new one, that took only 3 months to do. They also painted our house 2 different colors that also was that way for about 3 months if not longer (it's still not fixed completely by the way). Since then we have found under the sinks and bath tub they left huge holes for any sort of creature or bug to get into our home. Thank god we has exterminated for bugs but mice is not so easy, I guess to them it's not so bad but for my husband and I and our child that just doesn't fly with us!!! We have also had leaks in every single window and to this day we still have leaks in a few. Our front and back door were not put in correctly and have yet to be fixed still so with all the rain West Texas has gotten lately our wood molding on the bottom of the wall in our laundry room is ruined and that will have to be replaced as well. But this all depends on if they want to work! You see we have been told 3-4 different times that their contractors "no longer work for them" I mean how many people do they go in and out of to finish a job?! I know I missed a few other things but with this being said we're done! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TITAN FACTORY HOMES TO ANYONE AND I WILL POST MY REVIEWS ON ANY WEBSITE I AM ABLE TO!!! THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR I HAD TO PUT IT TO SUBMIT MY REVIEW!
