Friendly and clean rv resort with several amenities.

Paradise RV for a local destination. We stayed there last week since the kids on break and we were very happy with our visit. The kids enjoyed playing pool and swimming, there was enough to keep them entertained if they were not at the beach.

They offer a nice location for a quick getaway. Small, yet you do not feel like other campers are right on you.

Enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again very soon.

Home away from home. We love Oceanside. on our trip we had a picnic on the beach, rode bicycles and tried surfing. Had a blast and can't wait to come back. Thanks for the great memories

Been coming here for years. We love to stay here. The staff is very professional. We feel safe and secure here. Thank you Sampson's' for providing us with a wonderful RV Park. We look forward to many more stays here!!

Your Resort is always clean and friendly. You all have done your best each year to accomodate our Route 66 club. Our only suggestion would be to have an additional dog stop more towards the street, so there are no accidents on the way to the potty. We've already re-booked for nexy year!!

This place has become my home away from home for six months of each year!

The grounds are extremely clean and very appealing. The sites are nice sizes and there is a picnic table on each site. The landscaping is pretty. The rent is extremely reasonable for the location, amenities and surrounding communities. The close proximity to the beach is fabulous. The best part is the staff who are very competent, knowledgeable, and friendly. We also would rather drive 100 miles one way to visit our daughter and family a couple of times a week so we can continue our stay here!!

This is a beautiful location, the ocean is only a 3.5 minute walk from our RV Spot. The management has nice activities on Holidays, social events on Valentine's Day, and they keep the grounds well groomed. We enjoyed our stay here and plan to return often!! The management has been responsive to questions and helpful with accommodations.

We have been staying at Paradise for a few months. We find the staff to be friendly and helpful, and the location is great for general shopping, activities and beach access. Oceanside is quite the eclectic little town and there's quite a mix of different shops and restaurants nearby.



The spaces are tight but not impossible to get into. It's a 30 year old park designed for the types of rigs available at the time. The power is clean (50, 30, and 20 amp), the TV has a very reasonable channel selection, water pressure is great, and the amenities are always clean. The staff is always there to assist you with getting your rig into the spaces and they aren't so tight that you cant open your slides. The staff has always been accommodating and never unfriendly in any way.



We thoroughly enjoy the park and plan to return as often as we can.

The grounds crew make this park. They are very friendly and keep the park in excellent condition. Beach access is excellent as is the nearby pet-friendly public park. Bathrooms are clean($15 bathroom key deposit). The Wi-Fi is extremely poor, if you count on the internet for anything at all expect to be disappointed. Best described as 1980's dial up speed. The owners 2 sons, Eric and Cole, operate the park. Eric is extermely rude and lacking in customer service skills. He has not been taught how to respect others by his father. Cole can listen to a customer's issue but has no idea what after he hears the complaint. If I went back it would be directly attributable to the grounds crew.

This place is great. Very professional, curteous and organized. It's on the smaller side and no you don't have 30 feet between spaces, but you can't get closer to the ocean/waves with full hookups in Southern California. Came here in our 5th wheel and we will be back!!
