Ok here's the deal with this place. Its not all that good. which is fine if they wouldnt charge that much. However they do about 1750 for a week during august which is not a good value for what you get. The only thing the place has going for it is its location which is great. However the place is just dank, the AC units they have dont really keep the place that cool, the beds are really hard. The parking situation is impossible because its so hard to get your car in and out without damaging it. My recommendation is find something else. Also and you can make your own judgment, the three five star rating all posted on the same date and written in a similar style below seem to be written by the owners or management. Take a look.

I would not recommend staying at this place. Not only are the rooms outdated and filthy but the bathrooms are filled with mold. Expect to enjoy a view of the russian owners constantly watching your every move from the balcony its great! Don't be surprised if your owners use their key to break into your room whenever they please...And DONT even attempt to have guests...they will try to charge them for even coming up to your room. For such an expensive place you would think that they would clean the room for you at the end of the week...but YOU have to do that and be out by 10 a.m.. Despite your efforts of cleaning they still find some reason why you are unworthy of recieving your security depoist...typically a problem that already existed before you arrived...And if you have more then one car...your screwed there is only one parking spot in a narrow garage. If your a senior and looking for a good get away try a low key area further down the boardwalk away from cops and crazy owners

BEST FOURTH OF JULY!!!!!! We rented the place during fourth of july week and we where sitting on the balcony on the second story and the fireworks were in your face. It was funny to see all those people under you crowded and standing trying to squint at the fireworks from blocks away. One guy ( i think he was drunk) looked up at my friend and said "hey, no fair! you should be down here with the rest of us!!" Another plus for the place is that when the fireworks end you see the crowds having to vacate the entire boardwalk as you are sitting in the balcony with subway ( yes subway...). Big thumbs!!!

Oh my gosh... I walked in there and i couldn't believe my eyes. Um... best apartments ever! I've never came to ocean city before because it sounded overrated but me and my friends decided to go there for a couple of days. The room were big enough and the fact that it was right on the boardwalk was amazing. Me and my friends go right to the beach and walk back to the apartments and then make breakfast right there. Where did you guys find mold at??? i didn't see one speck of dirt anywhere ( well until we came...). Anyway the place is great and i dint have a problems...

I honestly have not had any of those problems that you guys are talking about! I stayed there with my husband and my three kids and haven't had a problem. The view is great the place is comfortable and i didn't have any problems at all! I certainly can say i'm going back there again next because i really can't stand some of those crappy hotel rooms.

I have the same complaints about this place. It was disgusting. The room we stayed in had NO hot water in the shower, dispite our numerous times telling the owners, it never was fixed. We also did not get our $300 security deposit back, and I had the room cleaner than it was when we arrived.

I would not recommend staying at this place. The rooms are very outdated along with the mold in the shower in the bathroom. The view from the balcony is nice, but only if you want to be watched by the owners whom sit on the boardwalk at all hours of the night watching everything you do. Our handle for the sliding glass door was broke off so we couldn't lock the door at night, and not to mention the nails that all of us who were staying in the room cut our feet on because they were sticking up out of the floor trim going into the kitchen. For the expensive price, this place is not worth it.
