Called Servpro of Ocala out for a horrible mold issue in our lake home. They did a great job cleaning and sanitizing our house. No worries now at all.

i liked the way this company showed us that they would be able to get us back from a busted sink line. I was overall satisfied.

Very dissatisfied with ServPro of Ocala. My washing machine broke, and flooded part of my dining room and bedroom. The techs came out and put 4 fans and a dehumidifier. The didn't extract the water or pull up the carpet & pad so the air could get to it. When a different tech came out to check the carpet, he said it was still damp. At that point, my husband pulled up the carpet & pad to reveal the subflooring was still soaked. We paid $475 for nothing. We sent the tech away with his equipment and decided to handle it ourselves. When my husband called to complain, the OM told him it is standard practiice to leave the carpet down due to liability issues.



The truth is, it was late in the day, and the tech had a HUGE flood loss job to get to that was covered by insurance. They left our little job without doing the work that was needed.

Servpro of Ocala is the worst choice for anyone looking to salvage their precious keepsakes that need rescuing after a storm. Their associates are rude, argumentative and inept; the company's owner is completely unprofessional. And let's not forget to mention that they lose (or keep) many of your items, as we sadly discovered--regardless of repeat phone calls to the company's owner in effort to locate our missing items have prove useless.How do people like this sleep at night?



Please, if you, like us, have the bad fortune of being hit by a storm that has you picking up the phone to get help with the damage DO NOT choose Servpro of Ocala and wind up sorry, like we found ourselves.



Imagine people so low that they would take/misplace the needed and beloved items of folks hit by a tornado. Hopefully this lesson of ours will help be the guide for any of you looking for help after a natural disaster. Grade: F-.
