What a pleasure to deal with such a professional team of people Christina is outstanding and handles any issue with courtesy and efficiency. We have used them for plumbing and for the installation of a gas pool heater and gas fireplace. Everyone is great and we highly recommend them for all services.

I called after reading they offered emergency services after there was a pipe flooding my bathroom. I called at around 10:30 pm and a call center answered. This was truly an emergency and the nice lady at the call center assured me that they would call back ASAP. Needless to say they didn't call me at all until the next morning at 7:33. I called the number back and spoke to the receptionist asking her if they still offered 24 hour services. She said yes we do I said then why didn't anyone call me back? She just said she'd let them know and was the snottiest person ever she could have cared less. Even asking for my name I paused after giving my first and acted like one as stupid the way she said well, I need your last name too. So not only did no one come help me with my flooded bathroom I thought it might have just been a mistake but speaking to the woman who answered the phone made me realize that if they don't call back too bad attitude. I had some big jobs coming up in the villages and we were considering them for new businesses but you just lost out on that. I had someone finally get here within 30 mins of calling now that's customer service. I also work for a very established magazine here in town. I will be speaking about this at work.

OMG you should sooo use these guys. My septic had not been cleaned since 1990 hence 22 years ago. They came out immediately and did an awesome job. Do NOT call anyone else. These guys are reasonable, professional, and thorough. 5 stars

I had five leaks in my Del Webb Spruce Creek home. They came on time. Were very polite, efficient worked hard all day to complete the job. My only negative was they didn't turn my toilet bowl or the ice maker back on.

I've benn using Mike Scott for years and every time they come out they are on time clean and very professional! and the price is right every time i recomend these plumbers to every one!!!

I had some repairs of my irrigation system done by Mike Scott's technician. She had no idea what she was doing and the work was done improperly. I was charged a a fortune because she was so slow and did not know what she was doing. She was not a plumber-but I was charged a plumber's rate. I then had to hire another irrigation company to repair her work. Save your money and call someone else.

Well lets see, the technician showed up late for our initial appt. I was told the job would be complete within a couple of days, which wound up being a week. The company attempted to charge me a permit fee, which I indicated I would not pay since I had already pulled permits. And lastly, had I not been the one to contact your company to see what the status was, I would have had to wait an additional three days for completion. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Way overpriced as well.

Yesterday, I called Mike Scottt Plumbing for someone to come to replace a leaking faucet in my kitchen and was given a time between 10 and 11 am today. Today, Charlie Ruiz arrived promptly at 10:00 oclock. This was the second time that Charlie came to do plumbing work here and like the first time, I found him to be very efficient, friendly and well mannered. He seemed very caring and made sure I was satisfied with the installation before leaving. I'll be asking for Charlie when next I have a plumbing problem.
