I went in there because my friends from the hair salon next door to it said they were good and reasonably priced . I have not had acrylic nails in over 20yrs as my own up until recently grew out beautifully. It was my own treat to myself on my birthday as this is not something I can afford but needed to feel better. Anyhow I asked for a French manicure and they asked if I wanted toenails French too. I said no and picked out a polish color for my toes. Well somewhere along the way she produced two trays of nails clear and white. She asked again if I wanted white tips and I said yes they are white when you get a French manicure. Well boy was I surprised my nails looked like cheap press on nails. I felt confident they understood as they told me it was $5 extra for this. I asked to speak to manager and he said you got white tips. Err. They offered to correct them but it was my birthday and I had plans. He did say come another day but I was told he probably wont do anything.
