I have been selling and installing windows from CWS for over 10 years, they have a good product, but quality control has disappeared. I have been waiting for almost 8 weeks for a service call to fix faulty window. They will not return my calls. mean while i cannot get paid for the job because of there incompetence..would not recommend this company to anyone. I have bought my last window from CWS.

They sent my new garage screens without any hardware (i.e., no fastners or handles). Further, the doors don't fit. This issue is partly due to the correction of the store clerk where I ordered them. In order to refit the doors, they want me to pay the reoriginal amount, again! As anyone would say...that's NOT happening. Now I must figure out how to get the original purchas refitted and with locking connector hardward. This has been a complete nightmare.
