I had an amazing experience at...

I had an amazing experience at CJ's engines in Ocala, FL. I blew a belt on my diesel generator for my RV. It was a difficult fix, as they thought they would have to remove the entire generator to get to the hard to reach space. I was quoted at a $300 project: $50 for the belt and $250 for the labor.

I took the RV in 3 days earlier then scheduled, as they were nice enough to make time for me. Instead of just pocketing the $300, Steve told me he would try and squeeze in and do it from the outside. I sat there amazed; as Steve and one of his employees reached in, crawled under, got cut up, and after a hours work, popped the belt on in 1/3 of the time. I was very impressed.

I walked out with a bill of $125; which was LESS THAN HALF the original quoted price in 1/3 of the time. Honestly, I would have paid the full $300 had they asked, because they had already saved me two hours time. The fact that they tried to fix it the hard way meant a lot to me.

I would recommend Steve and the crew at CJ's to anyone and everyone. It's not often you find a good, honest mechanic. I feel like this positive review is the least I can do to thank Steve and the guys for all their help.

I had my generator repaired and fully serviced by them. I took it home and put it away. When I tried it about 9 months later the pull cord was broken and the battery was disconnected and dead. great help for an emergency tool.
