Our staff, specially trained for in-home care, work directly with the patient''s doctors and family to establish a comprehensive recovery plan. Our staff will determine a patient''s full range of home health benefits and order appropriate equipment and supplies. As a Medicare Certified Agency with exceptional clinical outcomes, Holy Cross Home Health continues to be a leader in home health services. For the past 15 years, state and federal surveys by the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) have found us to be deficiency-free.
