I have been using Park 'N Fly for several years and have always been happy with their services - reliable pickup, security and helpful staff.

I always use Park and Fly, and I travel several times a month. The shuttle drivers are there when I get to the airport and it only takes a short time to wait after I come home. The drives are friendly and helpful!

We are long term parkers at the Oakland Park n Fly. Excellent service,, including the car wash.

I dropped my car keys in the bus on the way from the AP to the lot, but didn't know it till the driver had gone. It was late, I was tired, and after searching for what seemed an eternity, thought they might be on the bus. I walked over to the attendant and asked to have the driver notified...... within minutes the driver was back at my car space with keys in hand. Big relief on my part, great service on theirs!!!!! thanks Park n Fly

The drivers ere very helpful. I was traveling with my 90 year old mothers and my husband whose health is not good. They were very thoughtful.

Very convenient location right outside of the Oakland Airport. The free shuttle to and from the airport is a great service. The shuttle driver is very courteous and willing to assist you with the luggage. Booking a reservation for parking is easy enough ... by calling or do it on-line!

Location is easy to get to and very close to the airport. Every time I've used Park 'N Fly Oakland there have been spaces available with the one exception of New Years Day. We have never waited more than a minute or two to get picked up by the shuttle to the airport -- right at our car! Shuttles returning from the airport are frequent and fast, the drivers are courteous and helpful, and checkout is fast and simple. We've tried other parking services near OAK, but Park 'N Fly is the best.

Easy parking and quick pickup in both directions. I especially appreciate being dropped off right at my car late at night. The driver waited while we got our bags in the car. A nice touch.

I have used Park N Fly for years, and find them to be very accommodating, helpful with extremely kind drivers. They always help with luggage and do it with a smile. Both Oakland and SFO have the best service and nicest people. Cynthia in Oakland has been especially sweet and welcoming.

We use Park 'n Fly for both San Francisco and Oakland. The website is easy to use and the frequent flyer program is generous. Never a problem with service, either.

Friendly drivers; timely service. Last trip I was uncertain whether my car was locked. I was prepared to make another round trip to check it; the driver assured me he would check and lock it if needed.(and my wallet was packed so I couldn't tip him!!!)
