This so-called doctor is rude, condescending, dismissive, & does not listen to patients. His reports are illegible. Interrupted me while I was describing symptoms- & hadn't even listened to the symptoms I described. Refused to run tests on me. I got a second opinion & found a serious condition. Failed to inform my father of serious condition which required a stent to be put in. All he would do was suggest a Mediterranean diet & more walking. Dad could not walk more than he already was & had a heart attack bc he didn't get the stent-- since he didn't know he needed one. ER doctor could not read Manual's report bc it was illegible & phrased so oddly that it made no sense. She called him. He billed us $300 for consult. Billed my brother for services he never rendered. If you go to Oakdale Hospital, demand not to have records sent to him. If you must see a cardiologist try Freedman Memorial Clinic in Alexandria. It is worth the trip. This guy can result in death.
