Provided by YP.comBUYER BEWARE!!!!!! I wouldn't even give them a one star. They came to repair my TV on May 31st, he wanted the check made out to him, not the company. He said it would be $599.00, we gave him a check, on July 29th they wanted another $600.00. I don't think they know what they are doing, I wish I would have read all the other reviews. I think they are definitely a scam!!!

Provided by YP.comThe person repairing my t.v. was rude and a liar. He told us to use cash only because the credit card machine was unplugged and in his car. I caution anyone who thinks about using this company. He refused to tell me the owners name so that I could report him. He said to just call.

Provided by YP.comThey get absolutely no stars from me! They made me pick at least one star. Anyway... The professionalism is non-existence here. Their prices are so high so that you can just leave your tv there and they can resale it. They do not tell you on the phone when you call that there is a $50 (cash or pay additional $2.50 for credit/debit deposit) non-refundable fee due at time of drop-off. You have to make an appointment to pick up your tv.,call them several times the day of appointment to confirm appointment time and then call them when you're on the way to your scheduled appointment time! The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. They are all screwed up at this hole in the wall. No one ever called to tell me what was wrong with my tv nor did they call to tell me it was ready for pick up. I wont even mention how unintelligent the staff is. You probably figured that out anyway.

FROM FEBRUARY 2008. REPAIR WAS WARRANTIED FOR 1 YEAR FROM MAY 2007
TOOK MANY WEEKS TO GET SERVICE TECH TO COME OUT TO CHECK IT OUT,
HE PICKED IT UP. NO HE WON'T ANSWER MY CALLS, KEPT SAYING HE'D BRING IT OUT,
AT LEAST 10 OR MORE TIMES. STILL WAITING. TECH'S NAME: EDDIE
