If I could give zero starts, I would. Buying a car from Webb Chevrolet is the worst decision I have made. I purchased a used 2008 Chevy Impala from them a little over a year ago. Before purchasing, I asked for the CarFax, and saw very little mechanical issues and no accidents on it, and it appeared to be in fine shape. Several months later, I discovered the actual CarFax for the vehicle, and that out of a TEN page report, I was given ONE page that did not detail the accident the vehicle had been in or that it had had extensive electrical work. The CarFax also listed a $5,400 value, while I had paid over $7,000 dollars (+tax and extended warranty fees) after haggling it down from around $10000. Since then, I have spent almost $3,000-none of which was covered by the warranty-on repairs. I attempted to contact the general manager several times (and I know he read my emails, as I track them), but never received a response. If I had the time or the resources, I would hire a lawyer. I whole-heartedly recommend that if you are looking to purchase a vehicle, you stay far away from the terrible customer service and unethical practices of the sales department.

If you don't have great credit do not waste your time here with Wilfredo Cruz. He is rude and dismissive if you are not going to be an individual to add to his successful sales record. The individuals that greet you and answer the phone however of quite pleasant. Travel a bit out of the way to the Homewood Webb Chevrolet instead

Tim Heinecke was excellent, he helped us in a big way. He never once promised anything he couldn't provide. He was very professional, honest and very courteous to what we needed. On a scale from 1-10, I we would give Tim Heinecke and Webb Chevrolet a PERFECT 20!!!

It was very pleasant experience my salesperson was very straight forward and I never felt like he was taking advantage of me. It was the first time as a woman buyer I didn't feel like it was all about the sale it was more about me being satisfied with my decision and the atmosphere was very pleasant as well the renovations are really nice...Thanks Webb dealership and my salesperson John.

THIS PLACE SUCKS, STAY AWAY. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME!!! I first started dealing with them through e-mail and they said they had a truck for me. I went in and talked with them everything seemed OK.



The next day I called and the price of the truck went up $1,200.... Also I had to trade in my truck WITH the plow or no deal, they said they did not need the plow the day before.



Argued back and forth for a few days and came to an agreement "NO MORE CHANGES I PROMISE" said the e-mail I still have saved.



Not so..... I walked in the next day to leave a deposit and the greasy sales guys went to work. All of a sudden my truck had $6k worth or "work needed". The price of the new truck went up $8k. OK so my truck is worth $6k less but the price went up $8k, greasy guy 1 and 2 just mumble and stumbled on how $6k of work equals $8k increase.



Then the sales manager starts arguing with me. Mading up stories about how my truck has this leak and that leak. I take care of my own truck so I know he was talking BS. My favorite part is when he said "you think this is a waste of your time, this was a waste of our time". For the 2 hours I was in the show room I was THE ONLY PERSON IN THE SHOW ROOM.... The sale people just stood in a circle giggling.



All true and I DID buy a new truck 2 weeks later. I highly recommend the Chevy guys down in Joliet, IL. I got a BETTER truck, one model up, and a BETTER trade in value. Oh yeah NO BS they took my truck, checked it out, and came back with all is OK and made me an offer that was better then all my other shopping (total of 5 dealers so I was very educated on what was worth what).



Don't waste a minute looking at this dealer, they are horrible and then will argue with you. They wasted a week of my time.



Lastly the sales people seem to know nothing about the cars and trucks they sell, I was surprised they knew how to open the door. I kept correcting the sale's guy because I had read up on the truck before I got there.
