Always reliable! I travel on the shuttle 4-6 times a year when visting my relatives out of state. The drivers are always very nice and the office staff is more than helpful when figuring out my flight information for me!!! LOL!! Don't waste your time waiting in the ferry line, especially ANYTIME during the summer or around island events/holidays...My aunt tried to drive me to the airport once... Ferry line was backed up like crazy! I called and made a reservation with the shuttle instead. (Luckily they weren't sold out!) Otherwise I definetly would have missed my flight! You can rely on these guys!!

Very pleasant female phone reps and very rude drivers and manager. Was refused a refund when they left me, then wouldn't allow me on the next shuttle.

This shuttle offers preferential loading on the ferries, which can be such a huge benefit, when you are traveling to and from the airport...First Class service too! I would highly recommend them for your next shuttle.
