Responding to Keri's review.
Our diaper changing policy is that every two hours or before if soiled. Every Monday the diaper rash was worse and by the end of the week it was always better. We had to drop this family when Keri took her oldest daughter by the hand in the middle of our school and told here "Let's get the F*** out of here". The owner followed her to her car and told her that we were dismissing the family due to her choice of words used in our center.

After months of trying to figure out why my 1 year old had a horrific diaper rash, the girls in the baby room said my daughter peed through her diaper at nap time…a 31 minute nap to be exact! After that happened twice in one week I threatened to pull my daughters out of that place and report them, they started changing her diaper every hour and boom, what do you know it FINALLY cleared up and went away. So they hadn't been changing her diaper except once or twice in a 6-8 hour time span!!!! I was very upset and Cheri had the worst attitude and made it seem as if it was no concern. Then to take her irritation out on me she refused to let my oldest go on two field trips! All because she was angry with me for calling her disgusting daycare out she made my baby girl feel bad and left out while all of her friends went on the field trip that I paid for and then she wouldn't even refund my money. This is the WORST daycare I have EVER seen. Do not bring your angels here or you will regret it.

This place is great! My kids loved Mike and Shari. They have great programs, fun activities and solid christian beliefs! I would recommend Amerikids to everyone!
