The lobby looked very nice when we arrived. When we opened the shower door the handle fell off and there was mold and grime in the shower. The toilet had not been cleaned and the sink was leaking onto the floor. The last straw was the hair all over in the bed. You could definitely tell the room was not cleaned. The pool was also very cloudy and a little green. They would not give us a refund but we left anyway. I have contacted corporate and no one would issue us a refund. They charged our card for 2 nights stay even though we were there for about half an hour before we left. I would definitely not recommend staying here!
