Renting an apartment at TAB Properties has been THE worst experience we have ever had. DO NOT WALK BUT RUN FROM ANY TAB PROPERTY AGREEMENT. We signed a 3 month lease with them when we moved to the area. Once we bought our home, we told them in writing we could vacate anytime as long as we were reimbursed for the remainder of our lease. They asked us to move ASAP as they had a renter who wanted our apartment. We vacated one month early and one month later were told "Oh sorry, the renter fell through so you now owe us the entire month of rent". Bottom line, we took them to court. Never had so much trouble.....
