Avoid Comm Pediatrics unless your just needing some atibiotics or something minor. It is rare that you will ever see a doctor and the staff are no familiar with complex conditions, their treatment, diagnosis and so forth. As a parent, each time I take my child there I have had to explain the condition, symptoms, treatments, and tell them what I need. They are also quite disorganized and can't seem to be able to keep up with patient services. It does not seem to be a hospital issue and I don't know if Community Pediatrics is owned by Mountain States. From now on I will be taking my child 11/2 hours away to Kingsport TN for treatment.
