Dr. Neuman is a member of the American , California and Los Angeles County Podiatric Medical Associated. He has been on the executive board of the LACPMS for 23 years. He is on the medical staff of Northridge Hospital Medical Center and Providence Holy Cross Hospital. He is a former chief of podiatry at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. He is also has been a resident rotation director at Northridge Hospital Medical Center.
