I have been coming here for years. And after some negative fees they would refund one of the fees of $35 After the bank gets more than $125 from me!

Well this day I was going to make my deposit when I spoke to manager Araceli and I couldn't believe she let a customer that has been there for several yrs to walk away with the deposit! The bank charged me 3x overdraft fees and wouldnt be able to get any of my money even if I deposit my check that was over $800.00 I told her why can't you help me out at least get $20! She was so cold and said no since its also a Saturday it won't go into affect until Tues. Being there with my youngest child I had no choice but to leave with my work check! At that point I wanted to go next door to Chase bank and open a different account! I don't understand how a young manager as herself can be so inconsiderate of their long time bankers. I even had a little thankyou perfume to give to her because I was going to give to her. Now I want to close my account. This is why I am warning NORTHLAKE residents! I came home crying and didn't have no money! Nit even 20 to pay for my taxi. And Araceli coldly didn't even care! I will never trust this bank again!
