Remodeling Contractor specializing in bathrooms and basements. House physics related to these spaces are critical. I also welcome small projects since I operate by myself. My business goal is to help people get their remodeling done correctly and within their budget. I am one of the few contractors that allow homeowners to do part of the work so we can stay within budget. When the job is done, my invoice is the same as the bid. I can accept credit cards. I specialize in keeping a very clean work site and have had many people comment how different I was than most other contractors they know when it comes to cleanliness and protecting furnishings. I also will come back to a home after the project is finished if there are any questions or small repairs to make, and will do so quickly. Other small projects I can help you with: Installing a few cabinets or a countertop. Installing a hiding staircase in a garage. Drywall repair or other small repairs in walls, trim or doors. Adjusting a door that does not close well. Small roof repair. Interior Painting. Replacing a window or patio door. Deck repair. Ceramic tile for floors and walls. Install closet systems. Some things not within my scope of services: Vinyl siding. Whole roof installation. Plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning and concrete, but I do have reliable subcontractors for these projects.
