I and my daughter have seen Dr. Norris on several occasions, and we always found him friendly, approachable and respectful of the patient. I can't speak for my daughter but the services he rendered me were appropriate, competent and helpful. I know another patient of his who was significantly helped with a major back trauma. If asked I would recommend Dr. Norris, particularly to anyone who wants to exhaust all non-surgical approaches.

The medical staff is wonderful at Dr. Norris's office. However, once you get by them the fun stops. Dr. Norris is looking out or himself and not his patient. I saw him for severe arm and neck pain. No testing was every done. However, he was quick to give me a cortisone injection. He is also very quick to prescribe a lot of pain medication on the 1st vist. Oxycodone/Oxycontin and Vailium, but beware he will stop all medication without any warning. Even if you are in severe pain. Beware, if you have extra pills (the oxycontin were too strong for me), Dr. Norris told me to bring the unused pills in to his office and he can find a patient who can use them. I now find out that is not protocol, To sum it up. I was able to go to a hospital in Boston and I was diagnosed with a torn rotator cluff, for which I just had extensive surgery to repair it. By the way during my last visit to Dr. Norris, he suggesed I get a new car that would be easier for me to turn with my sore arm. BEWARE
