My husband and I recently reached out to this business when he locked his keys in his car. Initially, they traveled to him and were unsuccessful in opening his car. They then attempted to make a key, which did not work to open the doors. He went back to their store to share this and to request a some sort of refund,, since he was never able to get into his car. They indicated that they would refund only 15 dollars and when he expressed that he would not recommend them to others we know, was told to "F**k off" and to leave before they called the police. I find this to be appalling- I do not understand why any competent and rationale business owner would ever treat a customer this way. My husband is a very gentle, mind-mannered person and did not deserve this treatment. We're reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and hope that this review will ensure that others do not support this type of business and avoid a similar negative experience. We ended up paying $75 for a service that was completely unsuccessful and he had to find another way home- This situation started at 12 and he got home at 5. Shame on them for treating anyone this way, being that they are supposed to be professionals and were unable to provide the service they advertised. It is never acceptable to swear and yell at a costumer who is trying to have a calm conversation. We do our best to support local businesses and this was a very disappointing experience.

Car was towed to Buffalo Key and Lock in North Tonawanda. They fit and programmed a new key and remote. Only took a couple hours. The price was reasonable and the folks there were nice and outgoing. Cool place. I loved the hundreds of antique padlocks and keys they have on display for customer enjoyment. And they know the history and all the stories about all that stuff.
