Do not recommend. Have had 2 different issues with this store, both for a re-sizing. trying to upcharge and the other was two rings began chipping and the clerk admitted there was something wrong with their machine. They wanted to charge for fixing their error.

I was on my way to an appointment at the Galleria in Dallas to have a set of semi-custom wedding bands made. My partner and I came across Metro custom jewelers during lunch and saw the wonderful reviews. We were doubtful that they could do what we needed but decided to stop by. From the moment we walked in to the moment we picked up the bands, our experience at Metro Custom Jewelers was far beyond our expectations. My grandmother left me an emerald ring that was too small to wear. I know that she would want to be at my wedding if she were alive, and her marriage and sense of family are the model for my own. I wanted to incorporate the ring into our bands and use the emerald and diamonds in a cross to give to my mother. The end results were amazing and I could not be happier. Reuben worked the yellow gold band into the white gold rings and worked the original ring settings into the cross. Ruben and Heather treated us like their most imprtant customers and I can't thank them enough.

People here are very friendly and knowledgeable. They repaired my rings beautifully in only two days. I would recommend them for any jewelry repairs, very professional and courteous. Great experience!

My Family has been going to Metro Custom Jewlers for 15 years. 4 of my brothers bought their engagement rings there, my best frient bought his there, and I have purchased all of my wifes pearls and diamonds, a watch and engagement ring. I have found Metro to have not only personal service but the pricing is unbeatable. Rueben is a "gem" to work with.
