They don't get better than this. Have a 3 yr. old Samsung plasma we paid $2300.00 in 2014. Suddenly, it failed to power up. We were heartbroken. Quality TV was recommended by a friend. Dropped off TV last Saturday. TV was fixed and ready for pickup 4 days later. Bad solder joints according to tech. The folks at Quality TV are honest, quick and very nice to deal with. They become my sole source for any future repairs. A hand of aces!!

Our TV picture was gone but we had sound. Called Quality TV & the lady on the phone helped me troubleshoot before she sent out the technician. Tried a few things and then she suggested we unplug the cable box & wait a few mins....it worked!!! She saved me $84.95 by taking a few mins of her time to help me. Great service and I will use this company for any future needs.

At present I am a very satisfied customer with the 24 month contract being on a fixed income. This would not be because of a glitch in your procedure, because it put me in a 12 month contract, not the 24 as i wanted and was ready to terminate from Dish. Mike owner of Quality TV located in North Port, FL became aware of the dilemma and promised to solve the problem. Mike called Dish and Me on a conference call and we spoke to 5 or 6 reps and their supervisors for a long length of time. A simple, cancel old contract and renew a new contract would be a quick solution, because of Mike's long time and determination solved the issue.

His two techs that came out, Justin and Tony, did an excellent job in a neat and workmanship manner.

Because of Mike, Quality TV and his staff I am now a satisfied Dish customer and gladly recommend anyone to Dish.
