We are very happy with the home Jones & Roberts built for us. They started it July 2016 & it was finished by Nov. 2016. We thought they were very professional in their work. They personally took time to go with us several times to help with our choices (& we needed it)! After moving in we found only a couple "touch up's" needed & as soon as we called they were there. My husband even offered to do something himself & was told "No, this is our problem". Don't think you could do any better than that! By the way, it is June now & we still love it!!

Buyers beware!!! Jered Roberts will lie to your face. He will try to get over on you anyway to make himself an extra penny. Make sure you are aware of everything that you are purchasing and pay attention to every detail (I.e. Purchasing a new home with a sand driveway). When buying a new home you would think that the realtor/builder would pride themselves on their work, and customer service; not the case with Jered Roberts. He will belittle you when you are talking to him (pompous/arrogance), he will lie directly to your face, and he doesn't fix problems even after repeated phone calls, emails, and text messages. Unfortunately I myself wasn't aware of Jones & Roberts realty before purchasing a home from this firm. I feel like it is my duty to let others know about the unproffesional manner in which they do business. As a business owner in customer service it is upsetting to me that these guys have no pride in what they build/sell. If I ran my company like that I would truly be ashamed! I believe that the only thing that drives this firm is making money off of you. Please do your homework before buying/building with this business.
