Their drink/cocktail options are great. Their signature Rouge Martini is one of my favorites! Their appetizers are delicious too; I ordered a few to share: Beef Tenderloin Tartar, Tuna Tartar Tacos, and a dozen Oysters. All of these dishes were beautifully plated and were just enough to share without feeling like I hadn't had enough. The restaurants interior decor is to die for, and their outside deck overlooking the intercoastal is breathtaking. This may be our new weekly Happy Hour location.

My boyfriend and I had an incredible dinner at Rouge Waterfront Dining in North Miami. Between the outstanding service and delicious food we will definitely go back. The Chilean Sea Bass melted in my mouth. My boyfriend ordered the Black Angus Ribeye that was paired with a red pepper- potato soufflé that was to die for. After a meal that great, we had to try dessert; we shared the crème brulee trio! I loved the chocolate, my boyfriend loved the vanilla, and we fought for the last bite of the orange.

I went to Rouge Waterfront Dining this weekend for brunch. I was blown away by its location nothing is more relaxing than having brunch with a waterfront view. When I walked in I felt like I was in New York-very stylish! Rouge Waterfront Dining is my new spot for brunch!

If you’re looking for a place to eat in Miami, I highly recommend Rouge. The waterfront views are gorgeous, and the interior of the place is chic and sexy. I go all the time with friends and family, and the ambiance becomes more and more intriguing every time I go. I first found the place because my friends always hang out at C Lounge and Cigar Bar. When I found out the owners also owned Rouge, the place next door, I had to check it out. I was anything but disappointed. The food is awesome and the service is impeccable. Their cocktail menu is also pretty impressive, and I go crazy for their Passion Fruit Mango Martini. I highly recommend this place.

My girls and I decided to head down to Miami Beach last night, with no reservations or plans. One of my friends had heard great things about Rouge, so we decided to try it. The service was incredible! Even though they were busy, they did everything they could to sit us down quickly. The waiter was attentive- and very cute! After our amazing meal, we walked next door to the C Lounge and Cigar Bar and shared a bottle of Merlot. It was a flawless night, and we can’t wait to go back!!

I have been to Rouge twice. Both times have been a fun experience and always leaves me wanting to return! Last night we had cocktails on the deck and ordered a few appetizers to share between us. The Razz Chocotini is the perfect dessert cocktail! Rouge is the perfect blend of chic and relaxing, especially with the stunning waterfront view!

I recently tried Rouge in North Miami with my family. We went to celebrate my birthday and had been recommended by our relator. The views of the water created a fun and relaxing environment for us, allowing us to enjoy the evening from the start. The service was awesome. We are big eaters in my family, so we had several courses and tried many different things from the menu. None of us had any complaints! As big seafood eaters, we tried the Tuna Tartare tacos and couldn’t get enough. We also tried their calamari salad which was to die for! The calamari was cooked to the perfect temperature which is usually very hard to find. For my main course, I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass which was so good that I had to prevent myself from licking the plate clean. If you’re looking for good food in North Miami, this is the place to go.

Staying in Sunny Isles for a few days I wanted to dine in the neighborhood and decided to give Rouge a try as after reading the great reviews I expected it to be a nice place with a great atmosphere. I was honestly disappointed as the place looked more like a cheap hang out spot in the red light district of Amsterdam. The staff is friendly but the cheap looking plastic furniture and unfinished walls and ceiling reminded me more of an airport hangar or an IKEA department store instead of the upscale restaurant that the reviewers suggested it would be. The food was less than ok and everything looked as if it was prepared days ahead of my visit. The only thing I really enjoyed was the fact that it was close to my hotel and of course the view is great. Overall, for the prices charged for the offered product I would suggest dinning at other great restaurants that Miami offers, even if it's a short drive away from Sunny Isles.

started off with their carb cobb salad...good god it is so delicious. followed this with the chilean sea bass (which was pure heaven) and a side of their asparagus. the asparagus was cooked perfectly, not too soggy or too al dente. finished the meal with their chocolate mousse dessert. overall, my stomach was a very happy camper that night.
