I moved in March 2010 BAD IDEA! Forget inviting friends over. I have an apartment that has carpet saturated in pet urine. I was able to get a 2nd shampoo woo hoo. Still stinks.... They decided to change the carpet in the dining room, to a different color. Looks real nice and smells much better. After some complaining they are now changing the living room carpet but since the bedroom doesnt smell as bad, they arent changing it. Nevermind the stains or the fact that the carpet in half the apartment doesnt match. When I asked, "wouldn't it just be best to change out the rest of the carpet so it would match?" They said No because its not damaged, yes it is. It is just the least damaged. They said as far as it not matching I can just close my bedroom door. Considering my bedroom, bathroom, and closet take up over half of the apartment and only has one A/C vent I find that very unlikely since its HOT outside!?!?!? I know it may cost more but why not be reasonable?
