My experience? In a word: Bamboozled.No, a better word: Shafted.I made an attempt at a follow up, but my problems were not resolved. Thanks to the over-complicated paperwork and process provided by Don, the companies reimbursement policy almost guarantees no repercussions by it's customers. The time and effort it takes to document, weigh and process the damages from one's move makes the refunds for damages completely fruitless.How am I supposed to provide original receipts for objects purchased 10 years ago and then weigh those particular objects when they've already been assembled!? In this case, a headboard for one of the bed's.I can't. Another example is my motorcycle: It's mirrors were crushed, the clutch assembly was bent and it had body damage above the rear fender. This so called "insurance policy" based on weight, is absolutely useless at this point as the cost of these parts far exceeds any reparations provided by an insurance payout.And so it goes. All of the items damaged in my move will not be reconciled as it would not be worth the time and effort compared to the insurance pay off.This, all after an abysmal moving experience!The crew was late in every instance, unprepared at every location and underestimated the time and effort involved in our move, taking almost double the time to load and unload (reload, details below) at all of our destinations.Some examples:The day before the pick up, I called and had been told that the crew was scheduled to arrive in the morning. They didn't arrive until the afternoon of the last day of the pick up window, 2 days later, because they needed to "pick up some supplies" and then they "hit a bit of traffic". They left behind 3 large items from the original estimate, (as well as some smaller more expensive items) but made sure to pack all of the liquid cleaning supplies in 2 large boxes which exploded during transport, drenching multiple boxes in bleach and toilet cleaner. We were told that liquid items would not be moved. I guess some of the crew wasn't privy to that rule. Those boxes of cleaning supplies were about the same size as the microwave stand that was left behind, by the way.The day they arrived (late) for the first of two drop off's, one to our storage container and the other to our final destination, we learned that the truck's hydraulic lift was broken and unable to be used, held together with a tow strap. This meant that the 3 man crew had to hand down all of the items needed to be put into storage. Needless to say, we were concerned for the safety of our belongings, since they intended to complete the job that night with a broken lift. At one point, knowing how heavy some items were, the crew recommended that I go purchase a ramp from Lowes and "just return it" once they were done moving our items.However, when the truck was opened, we learned that all of our items that were meant for storage had been mixed in with our items that were meant to go to our new apartment. This is because they transferred all of our items to a different, SMALLER truck! Despite this, I was told beforehand that they "can't open the truck to get your stuff out until you sign the contract and give payment", which makes no sense when you add in the fact that they swapped trucks halfway through the move. By the time they were done unloading and organizing what items were meant for storage, it was 11:30pm. I had to call customer support for our storage unit, Cube Smart, since the gates were locked by 10pm. By the time they were finally ready to unload at the apartment, it was almost midnight. I elected to have them come the next day, as I was not about to keep my family awake until 4AM waiting for the crew to finish.Lo and behold, after being told that they'd be able to come back the next morning to finish, despite not getting proper confirmation from their dispatch, we were then told that they wouldn't be able to make it back for another 3 days. Big surprise. After call

These people are thieves. Its been over 75 days and the business is not claiming responsibility for where our stuff is and if we will ever get it. My family is suffering because of these incompetent people. My wife's sciatica problems have aggravated and my kids are sleeping on the floor because these jerks have our beds. They don't deserve this. No one should deserve this. Please, refrain from using this company. Even if it costs more for another company, it will cost you more in valuables and mental stress to go with these people! If you do not believe me, check out their reviews on other sites. And ignore the 5 stars. They are definitely fake. Or the customers got lucky!I can not stress enough how bad this company is. Please choose another company.

What a fabulous service I received with this USA Top Movers. I have used a few different removal companies and can honestly say USA Top Movers would be the company I would be most likely to recommend to family and friends. Moving men were punctual, polite and very helpful, putting me at ease straight away. Thanks for a stress free move.

They part-loaded one day and then finished off on the day of the move. Nothing was too much trouble, even the very steep drive at our new house that they had to carry everything up! Great service, trustworthy hard-working lads and a good price. No complaints!

We were really pleased and impressed with the service we got from them. They turned up promptly and had our house cleared by 11am. Unloading was even quicker at our new house. The four guys also worked well together as a team which I'm sure smoothed the process further. We would be happy to recommend this firm.

The whole move went to plan thanks to their hard work and they were extremely generous in the supply of boxes etc. They also took back the boxes for reuse which is obviously environmentally sound. It was a good service and good value for money. Thank you for all the hard work and diligence.
