I been going there for 4 years, and the staff helped me get computer literate. Really good air conditioning, and free movies on Sat. Parking is close, plenty and there is a nice little park on the grounds. Starbucks and a Liquor store is next door to this wonderful library

A favorite stop for me and three kids over the years. I've checked out dozens of books, CDs, videos/DVDs, and audiocassetes. They even have the good ole newspapers! Good place to donate, buy or even get free books. Clean, bright, heavily used by locals. Only drawbacks are seedy characters sometimes, some vandalism in the past. 95% of staff is excellent (friendly, knowledgeable)! I avoid the couple that just don't have good people skills.

This library is like a super-branch. Lots of books and a library used book store. The natural light is great for reading or browsing, and there is PLENTY of parking. Also look at the beautiful murals on the walls and ceiling.

Mid Valley Library is by far one of Los Angeles' greatest treasures. This house of books should live long and never tumble down.
