BIRTHWORKS childbirth series is designed to instill confidence and trust in your ability to give birth and to help YOU to prepare emotionally and physically for YOU and your Baby's birth experience. The classes are for anyone WHO is thinking of getting pregnant. Is currently pregnant. NEW parents and those with previous vaginal or Cesarean birth experiences. ALL learn together. Support and share with each other in the same setting they CAN BE taken AT ANY time during the pregnancy. Relaxation. Pelvic body work. HOW beliefs effect US.
