Let me first address that in the past 3 months I’ve had 2 visits to this Tire Kingdom. I cant Say enough about my service from every staff member but Alex especially went out of his way to help me get on the road. I’ve effected due to Covid and I was Presented options in my price range. Alex is the GM and he is the best. Genuine and won’t leave you hanging. He is the Best & so is his staff. If your in need of this kind of service Tire Kingdom on Pondella is the way to go.

We went to this place when we were on vacation. It took about an hour for an inspection, which was to be expected. The guys who took care of the payment and explanation of what they checked over were very nice, despite the fact that one of the guy's closet to the waiting room window that was working at the tire machine looked miserable as ever and even shot me a dirty look. They give a card that shows all the inspections with a comparison to the level of cleanliness/dirtiness of each aspect of what they are checking, which is quite nice. Unfortunately, they topped up our windshield wiper fluid with standard stuff, which I suppose would make sense in Florida. Unfortunately, we did not think of this, coming from IL, where we use a fluid that does not freeze. So, now we have frozen fluid that doesn't do us much good in the midst of winter here. Understandably, this was not their fault, however, and overall, they seemed to do an adequate job on their inspection.
