AHS sent Empire Plumbing to do work. Work took 3 months to almost complete (after I had to keep calling to check on the status of parts, schedule appointments, etc). The final straw was the burst pipe they caused. They told me they would fix the water damage. To date, it still hasn't been done (since September). No one returns calls or when someone answers, they tell you they will call you back; which the NEVER do. I wouldn't recommend Empire Plumbing to anyone!

Empires staff is very unpleasant, unprofessional and disgustingly rude. They sent a plumber to unclog my Mom's tub and he ruined her ceiling.. The secretary told my Mom it's not their problem this happened, but there was no problem until their plumber so called fixed the clog!!! Legal action shall be taken!!!! Get ready EMPIRE!

Straightforward service. Arrived on time, did good work, and cleaned up afterwards. Recommended.

Lord help you if you are an AHS customer. Left 5 messages and didn't get a response at all, they didn't even answer the phone. I strongly advise you to choose another company. The service is terrible.

it was late on saturday and while by the time empire plumbing completed the job is when other companies decided to call.Thank You Empire for the great response and great job of getting me hot water in my home.will always use Empire plumbing and recomend them to my friends and family...

Wish I could say my hot water heater issue was resolved. My experience was horrible. I went a month without hot water thinking,per the technician,that I needed my hot water replaced. They replaced it and my hot was still not hot. Another technician came out and said the new hot water heater needed a new part. I finally paid another technician from another company to come and give a 2nd diagnosis, and within 15minutes he found the leak in my plumbing line. The true reason for not having hot water. I finally took a hot bath tonight. I would not recommend this company, Customer service was also horrible. Wouldn't return calls when messages were left. Had to keep calling them for updates.

Empire is very professional and has a caring staff. They got to the root of my hot water heater problems and got it fixed! Recommend them to anyone!
