St. Luke Lutheran Community is a nonprofit, faith-based, continuing care retirement community offering person-centered care to senior citizens. Services include senior independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation and memory supported health care, personal care and housekeeping . It offers a personal care program for residents, such as dining, housekeeping and personal hygiene and medication reminder services. Its specialty services include geriatrics, rehabilitation, and Alzheimer s disease care.
