Hertz

My experience with this company was the worst I've ever had with a car rental agency. We opted for the advertised free pick up or delivery service , only to be told that it wasn't available. The car was an older model, but of course, an upgrade was offered at a higher rate. We were charged a fuel charge; the car was returned with a full tank, but no refund was given, as this is against company policy. Needless to say, I am not a happy customer. I don't know if these tactics are limited to this location, or if this is business as usual. At this point it really doesn't matter. Never will I use this company again, nor will I recommend them to my friends. I will, however, warn others about my experience.

Of course, I could upgrade for a slightly higher rate. A fuel charge was added. The car was returned with a full tank, but the added charge was non refundable. What initially seemed to be a good deal, was just as costly, or more so, had I rented from a competitor. Would I use their services again? Not likely.

This location is great, the new management came in and cleaned house...Nate is great, I have had no problems with Hertz since he has been in charge. Previously, the manager did not care about quality of the vehicles or customer service. The only negative is a corp. mistake... This location needs more full size vehicles please!!!!!!!! That is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5
