horrible experience with this business. they charged over $235.00 to tow our vehicle less than 5 miles. plus charged another 60.00 because we couldn't pick it up until 36 hours after they towed it. They were rude and when we complained about being ripped off, they refused to give us the amount we were promised over the phone.

BELDEN VILLAGE TOWING IS AWFUL!!!!! THEY ARE LOCATED LESS THAN A MILE AWAY FROM MY HOUSE AND I WAS STRANDED ONE DAY JUST ABOUT 1/8MILE AWAY FROM MY HOUSE AND I CALLED THEM UP FOR AN ESTIMATE ON HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST FOR THEM TO PULL ME BACK TO MY HOUSE WHICH WAS ABOUT 800FT AWAY AND THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME $150 FOR A 30 SECOND TRIP WHICH IS OUTRAGES IF YOU ARE READING THIS I DO NOT RECOMEND YOU USE THESE GUYS!!! SAVE SOME MONEY AND GET AAA.
