      I am hooked on ILKB North Branford! I have been a member of this gym for over a year now and I am eternally grateful for the level of fitness I have been able to achieve. The workouts are high impact but the skilled instructors always offer modifications. This club welcomes all fitness levels. I am a runner and since I joined ILKB my endurance has improved substantially. I would also like to mention that I am a critical care nurse. ILKB also provides an environment for me where I can decompress from a high stress job. Ever have a bad day at work and feel like punching something? Well now you can! You will be very impressed with professionalism, kindness, and devotion of the management team and trainers.

      This place is a must go to. I have always been very physically active and have taken many fitness classes ranging from kickboxing and Zumba to yoga, but iLoveKickboxing-North Branford in CT has been the BEST workout experience I have had my whole life. I love this program for many reasons. The workouts are very intense (in a good way) and challenging. Moreover, the trainers (and staff) are incredibly fun, super passionate, motivating, and really good at pushing you to that next level you never knew you would ever reach. I have been recommending this program to all my friends and family and HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who wants to look and feel great, and be fit.

      We offer so many programs for our students to train in that it is impossible to get bored with your workout routine. Cross train in any and all or our arts. Transform your body from flabby to firm as an added bonus of participating in any of our martial art or fitness programs.

We offer both adult and children's martial arts and fitness classes. Children's classes are broken into 3 age groups: 4-6, 7-9 and 10-14. We offer a character development program as part of the children's martial art curriculum. It is a nationwide program developed by Melody Shuman called Concepts for Kidz.

      Aiki Academy is located in the Farm River Village Plaza directly on the North Branford/East Haven line. We are close to East Haven, New Haven, Northford, Guilford, Branford, Madison and North Haven.
